We believe the luxury experience extends to how your formulation arrives. Henrée London provides complimentary Next-Day Delivery on all domestic orders within the United Kingdom. All orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT are dispatched the same clinical working day via our premium courier partners.

II. International Consignments

For our international clientele, we utilise a secure, tracked global courier service (DHL Express). Transit times vary between 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination. Customs duties and taxes are calculated seamlessly at checkout to ensure an uninterrupted delivery experience.

III. The 30-Day Clinical Guarantee

We are entirely confident in the molecular engineering of our botanical matrix. If, after 30 days of consistent application, your biological response does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to a full refund. To initiate a return, simply contact our Concierge team. The formulation must be returned in its original primary vessel.
