Pre-orders

Every pre-order ships from 1 December, in the order it was placed, with tracked UK delivery. Pre-orders placed during the pre-sale are delivered free. If our dispatch date moves, we'll email you before 1 December with the new date, and you can cancel for a full refund. You can cancel any pre-order before dispatch.

From 1 December

Orders ship in 1–2 working days. UK delivery is complimentary on orders over £40; smaller orders are charged at the rate shown at checkout. Express delivery is available for £6.99. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Returns: 14 days

You can cancel and return any order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Write to concierge@henreelondon.co.uk and we'll send return instructions; your refund follows within 14 days of the product reaching us.

The 90-day promise

Use your serum every evening, as directed. If you don't love the results, write to the Concierge within 90 days of delivery with your order number and we'll refund the product price in full, even if the tube is opened. One refund per product per customer.
