Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

These terms apply to orders placed at henreelondon.com. The seller is Henree London Ltd (trading as Henrée London), a company registered in England and Wales under number 17043284, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. 2. Pre-orders

Until 1 December, every product is sold as a pre-order. Your payment is taken when you place the order, and orders ship from 1 December, in the order they were placed. Every pre-order line is marked as such in your order confirmation.

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund to your original payment method, by writing to the Concierge.

3. If dispatch is delayed

If we expect to ship later than 1 December, we will email you with the new date before the original date passes. You may then keep your order or cancel it for a full refund.

4. Your right to cancel (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Tell us within that period and return the product within a further 14 days; we refund you within 14 days of receiving it back. Unopened products are refunded in full, including standard delivery.

5. The 90-day promise

In addition to your legal rights: if you use your serum as directed and don't love the results, write to us within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price in full, even if opened. One refund per product per customer. How it works

6. Prices and offers

Prices are in GBP and include VAT. Pre-order offers apply to one-time purchases, are applied in your bag and cannot be combined with other product discounts. The price charged is the one shown in your bag at checkout.

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions deliver every 12 weeks at 15% off and renew automatically until you cancel. You can pause or cancel any time from your account, before the next billing date.

8. Personal use

Products are sold for personal use. Trade and salon purchases are covered by separate trade terms.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
