1. Who we are

Henree London Ltd (trading as Henrée London), company no. 17043284, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about your data at concierge@henreelondon.co.uk. We will never sell your personal information.

2. What we collect and why

Orders: your name, email, phone, delivery and billing address and order history, to take payment, deliver your order, handle returns and meet our legal and tax obligations (lawful basis: contract and legal obligation). Card details are handled by our payment providers and never reach us.

Email and SMS marketing: your email address, and your phone number if you give it, to send offers and launch news, only with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time from any message.

Customer care and trade enquiries: what you send us through our website chat, email or our forms, to answer you (lawful basis: legitimate interests, or steps before a contract for salons).

Cookies and analytics: essential cookies keep the shop working; analytics and advertising cookies are only used if you accept them. See our Cookie Policy.

3. Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that run the shop for us, under contract: Shopify (store, checkout, payments and marketing emails), Vercel (website hosting), Anthropic (the AI model behind our website chat, which receives what you type in the chat), our delivery partners, and, if you accept advertising cookies, Google, Meta and TikTok. Some of these providers process data outside the UK; where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

4. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Customer care messages are kept for up to two years after the conversation ends.

5. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for it to be transferred, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to concierge@henreelondon.co.uk and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

6. Security

Our website and checkout use encrypted connections, and payments are processed by certified payment providers.
