When will my pre-order arrive?

Pre-orders ship from 1 December, in the order they were placed, with free tracked UK delivery. You'll receive a tracking link by email when yours is on its way.

When am I charged?

When you place the order. You can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund.

What if the date changes?

We'll email you with the new date before 1 December. You can keep your order or cancel it for a full refund.

Can I use a discount code?

During the pre-sale the best offer is applied in your bag automatically. One product discount applies per order. See the calendar

What is the 90-day promise?

If you don't love the results, write to us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, even if opened. You also have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason. Details

Does the formula contain prostaglandins?

No. Henrée London is made without prostaglandin analogues or synthetic hormones, with a botanical peptide complex in our Comfort Formula base.

When will I see results?

Lashes and brows grow in cycles. Lashes and brows can feel softer and look glossier within the first weeks; the fuller, longer look builds over around 12 weeks of nightly use. Results vary from person to person.

Can I use the Brow Serum on my lashes?

We advise against it: the lash serums are made for the eye area. Choose a Lash Serum for lashes, or a Duo to care for both.
